Manual J Mini Split Sizing

I’m finalising the HVAC design for a new build in Fruitland, Idaho and need an ACCA-compliant Manual J analysis before I order equipment. The plan is to condition the home with two separate Mr. Cool DIY® 5th Generation multi-zone systems, so the numbers have to be accurate.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A complete Manual J report showing both room-by-room and overall house heating and cooling loads.
• Clear capacity recommendations for each of the two multi-zone systems (including your recommendations of how many wall units and the length of line set for each system), including suggested indoor unit sizing per room and total outdoor unit tonnage.
• All calculations based on Fruitland, ID outdoor design temperatures and humidity profiles.
• Should I install any vents/fans to move air into the bathrooms or other areas that do not get their own head unit?

Deliver the report in PDF (and the supporting worksheet if you calculate in Wrightsoft, CoolCalc, Elite, or similar). Once I review the loads and equipment breakdown, I’ll move straight into ordering the units, so precision and clarity are essential.
