Kitchen Plumbing & HVAC Upgrade

Job ID: 40059999

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The kitchen in my apartment is being fully renovated and the behind-the-walls services need an expert touch. Existing plumbing lines and a small HVAC branch are already in place, but both must be upgraded to meet current code and support new fixtures—including a higher-capacity range hood with make-up air.

I need an MEP engineer who can:
• Inspect the current kitchen setup (photos, existing plan, and quick video walkthrough supplied).
• Produce updated plumbing and HVAC layouts with pipe/duct sizing, shut-off locations, vent routing, and load calculations.
• Recommend equipment and materials suitable for apartment use—low noise, easy maintenance, minimal vibration.
• Deliver construction-ready drawings in both PDF and DWG, plus a concise calculation/report sheet.

Acceptance criteria:
• Drawings clear building-management and permit review on the first pass.
• All dimensions and connection points align with the architectural plan I’ll provide.
• Calculations are included and traceable in either the drawing set or a separate spreadsheet.

Let me know which tools you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.) and how quickly you can turn around a first draft once you have the base information.
