Industrial HVAC Load Calculations
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need precise cooling- and heating-load calculations for an industrial facility, focusing only on the manufacturing area where light-manufacturing processes occur. Everything must be modeled with Carrier HAP; no substitutes, please.
You will receive my architectural drawings, equipment schedules, occupancy data, envelope specifications, and internal heat-gain profiles. From those, I expect a complete HAP project file and a concise PDF report that lists:
• Space-by-space cooling and heating loads
• Peak block loads for the whole manufacturing zone
• Design assumptions (weather file, internal gains, schedules, ventilation rates)
• Recommended equipment capacities, airflow rates, and coil selections
The job is finished when I can open the HAP file, reconcile your numbers with the PDF, and see that every manufacturing space is accounted for and correctly zoned. If anything is unclear, flag it early so we can lock assumptions before you run the final simulation.
