Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m ready to move ahead with a complete hydronic floor-heating layout and a companion mechanical-ventilation strategy for my private residence. Comfort is the overriding priority, so every decision—whether it’s sizing the boiler, detailing pump curves, zoning, spacing radiant tubing, or selecting the ventilation unit—needs to revolve around stable, even temperatures and draft-free fresh air.

Scope
• Heat: You will integrate a boiler-fed pumping system that serves in-slab radiant tubing. Domestic hot-water production should be folded into the design so the equipment footprint stays lean.
• Air: I have not committed to an exhaust-only, supply-only, or balanced HRV/ERV approach; I’d like you to evaluate the house envelope and recommend the most sensible option for continuous, quiet ventilation that won’t compromise the heating balance.
Hot water supply : as the boiler will be sized for the heating system, it should also be sized for the domestic hot water

Deliverables
1. Room-by-room load calculations (Manual J or equivalent).
2. Piping and wiring schematics showing boiler, pumps, manifolds, mixing controls, and ventilation routing.
3. Equipment schedules with model numbers, performance data, and control strategy notes.
4. Scalable PDF and DWG drawings ready for permit submission and installer reference.
5. A brief commissioning checklist outlining flow-balancing points and sensor locations.

Acceptance Criteria
• Floor surface temperature variation ≤2 °C across any 2 m span.
• Ventilation plan meets ASHRAE 62.2 and local code requirements while maintaining neutral pressure.
• All specified components are commercially available in my region and fall within typical residential electrical service limits.
