Hospital AHU Control Panel Installation: Hyderabad, India

Job ID: 40038136

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need an experienced AHU / HVAC technician to re-wire an existing air-handling unit and mount a brand-new control panel in a hospital setting. The job involves tracing and replacing ageing conductors, landing every field wire on the new panel, and then commissioning the unit back into the hospital’s BACnet-based BMS. Because the work affects critical air supply to clinical areas, downtime must be kept to an absolute minimum and every step has to comply with local electrical code and healthcare HVAC standards.

You’ll be reading the current schematics, verifying motor starters, actuators and sensor circuits with a multimeter, repulling low-voltage runs where insulation has degraded, and finally powering up the panel to confirm airflow, temperature and alarm signals. Bring your own hand tools, meters and laptop for BMS checks; I’ll provide physical access, the latest drawings and any required permits.

I will sign off the project when:
• The control panel is fully installed inside the AHU, labelled, and live.
• All new wiring is neatly routed, colour-coded and documented on an updated schematic.
• The unit can start, stop and modulate from the BMS without faults.
• A brief hand-over report lists wiring changes, test results and recommended maintenance.

Work must be performed after normal visiting hours to avoid disruption to wards, and I’m ready to schedule as soon as we agree on the plan.
