High-Temp HVAC Thermal Design

Job ID: 40061964

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a complete thermal design that will let an HVAC system keep critical spaces comfortably above 50 °C while staying stable and energy-efficient. The focus is temperature regulation, not simple heating alone, so I’m looking for someone who can translate load requirements into a robust solution that balances airflow, heat transfer, and control logic.

You’ll determine heat loads, size the coils or heating elements, select insulation thicknesses, and map out ducting so that every zone maintains its set-point without overshoot. Please ground your proposal in solid calculations—CFD or other simulation results are welcome—and outline any standards or codes you’ll reference.

Deliverables I expect:
• A brief design report with calculations, assumptions, and safety margins
• Schematics or 3-D models of the thermal path (any CAD platform is fine)
• Recommended component list with capacities and part numbers
• A short memo describing control strategy and sensor placement

I’ll review against uniform temperature distribution at >50 °C, compliance with common HVAC guidelines, and clarity of documentation. Let me know which software you prefer to use, your estimated turnaround time, and any past projects that show you can keep things hot—and under control.
