HVAC Mechanical Installation Cost Estimation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a mechanical package that must be priced within the next 10 days. All site drawings and blueprints are ready to share, and the scope is limited to Air Conditioning Units and Ventilation Systems only.
What I need from you is a full tender breakdown that I can submit to my client with confidence. This should cover:
• A detailed bill of quantities for every item of material, plant, and HVAC equipment
• Labour calculations built around licensed HVAC technicians and electrical technicians, with clear hour estimates and rates
• A realistic installation programme that shows key milestones and overall duration
• Clarification of any assumptions, exclusions, or provisional sums so nothing is missed
The final deliverable will be an itemised spreadsheet (Excel preferred) plus a short narrative explaining your methodology and the critical path you have identified. If you use speciality tools such as Trimble, CostX, Bluebeam or similar, mention it up front—whatever helps you produce an accurate, transparent figure. I will supply PDFs, DWGs, and any manufacturer data you request as soon as we start.
