My residential furnace has started delivering heat unevenly from room to room, so I’m looking for a technician who can carry out full preventive maintenance and pinpoint the cause of the inconsistent heating.
Here’s what I need: a complete tune-up that covers filter replacement, blower and burner cleaning, thermostat calibration and a check of all safety controls. While you’re on-site I’d also like you to inspect the ductwork for leaks and verify static pressure so we can rule out airflow issues.
Please bring the gauges, combustion analyzer and any common replacement parts you typically use on a gas furnace; I expect a short written report of findings and any recommendations before you leave. If you discover a component that is failing, quote the repair separately so I can approve it on the spot.
