Finalize Church Kitchen HVAC Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Our church’s new commercial kitchen is at the final‐review stage and the mechanical sheet set came back with a round of comments. I need a U.S.-experienced mechanical engineer to jump in, resolve every note, and return a clean set of blueprints ready for resubmittal.
The tasks on the table:
• Integrate the reviewer’s design alterations into the existing CAD files.
• Bring every detail fully in line with local and IMC codes, including exhaust, make-up air, and hood requirements.
• Tighten the design for better energy efficiency without pushing the budget or changing the kitchen layout.
You’ll work directly on the current DWG files, then deliver:
1. Revised mechanical drawings (DWG + flattened PDF) with all mark-ups closed out.
2. A concise response log that matches each reviewer comment to the corrective action taken.
Expect to receive the red-lined plans, comment letter, and equipment schedules immediately upon award. I’m aiming to resubmit within one week, so availability for quick turn-around and a couple of check-ins is important. Familiarity with commercial kitchen ventilation, grease ducts, and Type I/II hoods will let you move fast.
