Elite Software Church HVAC Calculations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete heating and cooling load analysis for an existing church that measures roughly 7,000 ft². The work must be carried out exclusively in Elite Software so the reports integrate smoothly with the rest of our documentation.
The building is served by a furnace and air-conditioner combo, and the sanctuary dominates the floor area. I already have detailed architectural plans—floor layouts, elevations, sections, and window/door schedules—ready to share as PDFs or DWG files.
Once the drawings are in your hands, I’d like you to model each zone accurately, apply the appropriate internal gains for worship occupancy, lighting, and equipment, and then generate the full Elite reports. Please make sure ventilation rates comply with the latest ASHRAE guidelines for places of assembly and that any diversity factors you choose are stated clearly.
Deliverables should include:
• The native Elite Software project file
• All load-calculation reports (sensible, latent, and total loads by zone and for the building) in PDF
• A concise equipment sizing summary that I can hand straight to our mechanical contractor
• Notes on any assumptions or default values you had to enter
