Custom Chiller

I need to build a custom chiller that will fit into a specified space and need to find an engineer to help design it. We know what the cooling capacity of the chiller needs to be and the dimensions of the space that the chiller will fit into. I need help with component selection (txv, receiver, accumulator, etc) and also with pipe design.
