Commercial VRF HVAC Design

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a full HVAC design package for a commercial building built around a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system. The layout must meet local code, optimise energy efficiency and be ready for permitting and contractor bidding.

Scope
• Perform detailed heating and cooling load calculations for every zone.
• Size and select the indoor and outdoor VRF units, branch boxes and refrigeration piping.
• Produce CAD drawings (plan, elevation and schematic) showing equipment locations, refrigerant routing, condensate drains and clear service spaces.
• Provide a controls narrative that allows zoning control, plus leave provision for heat-recovery and BMS integration; I will confirm which of these options will be activated once we review the initial concept.
• Deliver a bill of materials and equipment schedules with model numbers and electrical data.
• Supply a brief installation guideline so the contractor understands critical VRF requirements (pipe length limits, charging, leak detection).

Acceptance criteria
1. Load calcs align with ASHRAE or local equivalent and are submitted in spreadsheet form.
2. Drawings are delivered in DWG and PDF, layered and titled properly.
3. All equipment selections match manufacturer software outputs attached as appendices.
4. The final package is technically complete enough for our city permit desk to approve without additional mechanical revisions.
