Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I’m fitting out a small commercial sauna that will host up to 10 guests at a time, and I need a ventilation solution and certificate by a HVAC engineer that is compliant with Australian standards. The scope covers three key services:
• Exhaust system design
• Fresh air supply system design
• Humidity control system design
Here’s what I expect from you:
1. Perform heat and moisture load calculations for the sauna cabin and adjacent change-room.
2. Specify ductwork, fans, dampers, including equipment schedules.
4. Reference and meet relevant codes.
5. Provide a signed mechanical compliance certificate for my certifier.
I will supply architectural plans, occupancy details, and any additional project data you need. Remote collaboration is fine; just ensure your documents are clear, professionally formatted, and delivered in both PDF and editable formats.
