Commercial Multi-Zone HVAC CAD

I need a full set of HVAC CAD drawings for a commercial project. The building already has complete architectural blueprints; I will send the DWG files as soon as we start so you can layer your design directly on top of them.

The scope is a multi-zone system, so each zone must be clearly identified with supply and return duct layouts, equipment schedules, and precise sizing. I also want airflow calculations and basic load data shown on the sheets to make the engineer-of-record review straightforward.

Please work in AutoCAD (or compatible software) and deliver:

• Editable CAD files with clean, organized layers
• PDF plots ready for permit submission
• A brief summary sheet explaining key design assumptions

All dimensions must stay true to the architectural set, and coordination with existing structural elements is essential. If you have questions while routing ducts or locating mechanical equipment, let me know early so we can resolve conflicts quickly.
