Commercial HVAC Manual D Preparation

We are looking for a professional to prepare a Manual D (ACCA) for a commercial HVAC installation project, intended for permit submission.

The scope includes the full duct design and documentation required by local authorities (AHJ), following ACCA standards and applicable HVAC codes.

*Scope of Work:*

- Review architectural drawings and building layout
- Perform duct sizing and air distribution design per ACCA Manual D
- Calculate static pressure losses, airflow, and velocities
- Define duct materials, sizes, and configurations
- Coordinate with HVAC equipment selection and Manual J (if provided)
- Prepare complete permit-ready documentation
- Revise documents based on permit reviewer comments, if required

*Deliverables:*

- Manual D technical report (PDF)
- Duct sizing and balancing tables
- Duct layout drawings or schematics (if applicable)
- Documentation ready for permit submission
