Commercial AC Duct CAD Schematics

I need a seasoned AutoCAD specialist to turn our commercial HVAC design into clear, installation-ready ductwork schematics. Detailed, accurate pointings are essential because the drawings will guide on-site contractors.

Scope
• Produce detailed schematics for all supply, return, and exhaust ducts, including sizes, CFM, grille locations, and insulation notes.
• Reference my existing architectural and structural drawings; align all duct routes with current ceiling heights, beams, and service corridors.
• Indicate hanger positions, access panels, fire dampers, and any coordination cut-outs.
• Deliver layered AutoCAD (.dwg) files plus a plotted PDF set for quick review.

Input Materials
I will send you the latest floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and a mark-up package highlighting preferred duct paths. Clarifications will be available via brief video or chat calls.

Expectations
Accuracy is paramount—fabrication shops will work directly from your files, so dimensions and elevations must match the building grid. Please be prepared for one round of revisions to resolve clashes or clarify annotations.

Timeline
I would like the first draft within five days of receiving the base files, with the finalized package ready shortly after feedback.
