Certified CX Commissioning Manager
Budget: €10,000 – €20,000 EUR
I am midway through a construction project and need a CX-certified testing and commissioning manager who can step in immediately. The focus is on bringing our HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations through a straightforward, standards-based commissioning process.
Scope of work
• Prepare a concise commissioning plan and discipline-specific checklists that my site crew can put to use right away.
• Provide remote guidance while functional tests are carried out during construction.
• Review subcontractor test sheets and flag any non-conformities.
• Issue a short punch-list and a close-out summary confirming that all three systems meet the agreed criteria.
What I care about
• Industry: construction, currently in-progress.
• Systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Documentation: clear, editable files (Word or Excel) that reference common CX standards such as ASHRAE or CIBSE.
• Availability: ability to start within one week and join a few scheduled video or phone sessions.
