71 Castle Street Lift/Studio
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Need to deliver fresh air to an office/studio being built within a large garage that is underground.
Building surveyor has requested ventilation to meet AS 1668.2 be delivered to this space as can be seen on attached WD004 drawing number 6.
The building surveyor has rejected the use of existing garage ventilation as shown on the plans and has requested ventilation to meet AS 1668.2.
With reference to this drawing number 6 I think a duct could be added 2 metres above the floor of the garage running on the inside on the west wall and and a hole to gain access to outside air made 1.5 metres in from the north wall of the garage.
So I need a specification by an engineer that can be added to this drawing or a drawing that references these WD004 plans that specifies the duct size and fan size to meet WD006.
I should add that this space is intended to be an artist's studio and therefore a space that only one person would occupy.
There will also be few sources of heat operating other than lighting.
