BMS Testing & Commissioning Support
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need complete testing and commissioning for a Building Management System on an ELV project that includes the HVAC controls, lighting control network, and the energy-management dashboards. The scope covers everything from point-to-point verification and functional performance testing through to final hand-over documentation.
You’ll start by reviewing installed field devices, panels, and network architecture, then proceed with live tests on BACnet/Modbus loops to validate sensor accuracy, actuator response, alarm logic, and trend logging. Once all sequences are proven, I’ll require consolidated commissioning sheets, red-lined drawings, and a clear issues-log showing resolutions.
The job is considered finished when:
• All HVAC, lighting, and energy-management points pass factory-specified tolerances.
• Trend logs demonstrate stable operation over a 48-hour period.
• Final T&C dossier (method statements, test reports, calibrated tool certificates) is submitted in PDF.
Remote engineering support is acceptable during early checks; however, I’ll need you on-site for the live witnessing stage. If you’re comfortable with BMS platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, or Tridium Niagara, please let me know your earliest availability so we can lock in the schedule.
