I’m planning an all-seasons addition that will serve as our go-to spot for entertainment and gatherings, and I’d like a seasoned interior designer to guide me from concept through final layout. The space must stay comfortable year-round, so your advice has to cover HVAC integration alongside a thoughtful electrical plan for lighting, outlets, and any built-in media.

Stylistically I lean toward a warm, traditional look rather than modern minimalism, yet I still want the room to feel fresh and adaptable. Creating a true multi-purpose environment is key; by day we might open it up for casual lounging, while on weekends it should handle a larger crowd without feeling cramped.

To keep the project moving smoothly I’ll need:
