ASHRAE 140 Residential Energy Modeling

4,000 sq ft single-family home and need a full energy model that satisfies the ASHRAE Standard 140 methodology and demonstrates compliance with our local building codes. The model must faithfully capture three critical performance areas: the planned insulation and air-sealing package, HVAC system efficiency, and the U-values/SHGC of every window and door.
