Hungarian-Speaking Excel Specialist for Production Planning

We are looking for a Hungarian-speaking Excel specialist (based in Hungary or UK) to develop a tailored production planning tool in Excel.
The final deliverable will be in English, but communication during the project will be in Hungarian to ensure full clarity of requirements.

Scope:
• Simultaneous capacity planning for 4 parallel production lines.
• Modelling of approx. 220 SKUs with batch sizes, changeover times, packing speeds, and min/max staffing levels.
• Gantt chart visualization, automatic batch allocation, and “what-if” scenario planning.
• Automation using VBA/macros or Office 365 formulas, with clear and user-friendly input/output (CSV/Excel).
• Well-structured and maintainable model, ready for later migration to SaaS or APS systems.

Preferred candidate:
• Proven experience in production planning / capacity scheduling tools.
• Understanding of changeover matrices, finite capacity scheduling, and multi-line balancing (ideally in food/FMCG).
• Strong Excel/VBA skills, ability to create clean and intuitive tools.
