I am looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment initiatives and assist in identifying top-tier talent. Your role will encompass the entire recruitment process - from candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify potential candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to articulate job requirements.
- Keep track of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS and various recruitment tools.
