We are a startup company in digital transformation field and we created a shortlist for about 12 candidates for one entry / senior level position after we posted a job vacancy ad on LinkedIn few days ago.
So we want a professional HR person to conduct HR interviews by phone with them to evaluate their behaviour and some technical points according to our requirements, then send us his/her feedback and recommendation accordingly.
