HR : recruiter in the Electrical Engineer and Mechatronics segments

Hi,
Have a small budget like 150-20$@ per week, for a recruiter to get me some talented engineers to do remote work.
Will have to define 2-3 roles but mainly Embeded Coding, Simulink Embeded coding and Mechatronics Engineer.
Will talk over Zoom about this. And also define the psychological needs aspects that a Engineer working with me will have to have: love to do Coding and robots, self motivated, he delivers things prepared in advance to me, etc. You will compile them into a list and work from that.
Steps :
1. Make the job description toghet by talking about it and you compile it a document.
2. Use it your own way. Deliver me 15 qualified leads minimum in a week.
3. Grill them and see who really fits. Optional..join me in Zoom calls with them to check if your determinations were correct.
I See a weird think on think platform : a lot of people that are incompatbile with what the job experience needs come and say ... "I can do it, will sove this for you" . Keep away. Those idiots who are not on scope will be reported.
