I’m seeking a skilled HR professional to assist with:
- Manual/Blueprint Drafting: Creating comprehensive guides and frameworks.
- Hiring, Training, Retaining, and Firing: Managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
I’m in the process of developing several business models that include coaching for real estate investing. I need an HR expert or firm to collaborate with me to build and refine these models for our clients. While I’m open to starting with a structured payment arrangement, I’m also interested in exploring partnership and collaboration opportunities. My expected earned income for an HR partner is somewhere between $800-$5,000, depending on the structure we come up with.
