HR person needed for Virtual workers

HR person is needed for our company!
We have a group of virtual workers and we are in need of someone who has a deep understanding of how U.S. company & foreign virtual workers relationship works. We need someone with basic HR responsibilities, plus:
- having a virtual event (coordinate it or DIY) regularly
- wellness check on all workers
- sending appreciation gifts to the workers (international)
- and any other more fun ideas.
You won't be doing any payrolls or worrying about tax perspectives, however, we need someone with contract experience. Payment starts from $100+
