Job Title/Designation: OPT recruiter
No. of positions: 30
Job Location: Hyderabad (need locals)
work timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (Night shifts)
Experience required: 3 to 6 years
Required Skills:
A qualified candidate must have at least 3 years of proven US IT Staffing market.
Looking for an aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring.
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench
Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Maintaining active database of OPT candidates.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
Good Knowledge on H1 Transfers
Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Expertise in university posting.
Use social networks and research to build internal database and recruit passive candidates.
Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring.
Address the consulting needs of a major client account. Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time.
Must possess appropriate level of computer literacy.
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
