I am looking for an HR professional to assist with recruitment and hiring for my real estate agency.
Specific tasks that I need assistance with include:
- Recruitment and hiring of new employees
- Employee onboarding and training
- Performance management and evaluation
While I do not have a strict set of guidelines for hiring, I do have some preferences that I would like the HR professional to follow.
I am looking to fill 4-7 positions within my agency.
