HR assistance - witness a termination

I'm looking for experienced HR assistance to help me with a termination. A Company Manager will be performing the termination and it should be done in a firm but professional manner. I need someone to physically attend the termination meeting on Wednesday May 3rd in Toronto, Ontario, take notes during the termination and document what happens during the meeting, as an impartial witness. This will serve as a record of events to be kept on file.
