Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
