Urgently need a tech recruiter in India
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
We are a new boot-strapped agri-tech startup focused on SE Asia. Our tech team is based out of India and we are looking for support for recruitment for entry level engineers. The tasks will include:
- Reviewing and shortlisting applications from various job platforms such as LinkedIn, internshala etc.
- Help source candidates from other sources
- Conducting first round of screening interviews and present top qualified shortlisted candidates for final rounds with the senior management
- keep data of all applications in google sheets or HR management system
As we are still boot-strapped, your hourly rate will be a factor in consideration so please give us a competitive rate. The work can go on for a few months. We are looking for somebody who is professional and responsive.
