Update HR/Managerial Presentation on Team Inclusion and Employee Retention

I have done a managerial presentation on employee/team inclusion and retention strategies to minimise high employee turnover.

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in managing teams and Human Resources at a regional level to reduce word count, edit and proofread the presentation, update the format and use charts to make it look more presentable and easy to understand. It needs to be 5 to 6 slides and presented in 10 minutes.
