Town Hall Phone Call Meeting System Debriefing (HR Preferred, but not required - **US Only**)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project is for those who have experience with conducting “Town Hall” meetings in the United States, wherein an individual (who is often, but not always, an employee) is made to participate in a group phone (or Zoom, VOIP, etc) call wherein “stakeholders” join and make comments or ask questions, intelligence on the individual’s activities is discussed, etc. Oftentimes these are conducted by Human Resources.
The format will be a list of approximately 10-20 questions in a document to be answered with 1-5 sentences each, followed by 1 or 2 rounds of follow up questions.
Compensation will be a fixed base amount plus a variable bonus based on the usefulness of the responses. The bonus has the potential to be much higher than the base.
