Technical Resume Sourcer Needed
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m building a pipeline of talent for a fast-growing Skill- and AI-training business and need an experienced recruiter whose main focus will be pinpointing the right resumes. Your day will revolve around deep resume searches, zeroing in on candidates with solid technical skills, particularly in Training and EdTech, and then reaching out to them by phone to gauge interest and availability.
Here’s how I see the collaboration working:
• You run focused Boolean and keyword searches across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and relevant job boards, filtering for the exact technical skill sets we outline for each role.
• You phone-screen promising profiles quickly, confirming salary range, notice period, location, and their motivation to work within the AI-training space.
• You deliver a concise shortlist with updated contact details and your brief assessment, allowing me to move straight to formal interviews.
Acceptance criteria
– At least ten qualified, contact-verified resumes per open position, delivered within two business days of brief.
– All candidates must meet every non-negotiable technical requirement provided for the role.
– Phone contact notes attached to each resume so I can see their interest level at a glance.
