Tech & Finance HR Recruiter Needed

I'm in need of an HR Recruiter specializing in the fields of Technology and Finance. Your primary responsibilities would include sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing: You'll be tasked with hunting down top-tier candidates within the tech and finance sectors. These candidates should be equipped with the necessary technical skills to excel in their roles.
- Conducting interviews: You will be expected to effectively screen these candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Your role will also involve liaising with various hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

While prior experience in HR is important, I'm particularly interested in candidates who have:
- A strong understanding of the tech and finance industries
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing
- The ability to assess technical skills during the recruitment process
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Russian{optional}
