Talent Recruiter Needed - Freelance
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need support sourcing a mid-level professional who can work on a part-time basis. The role demands a solid Human Resource mindset, someone comfortable coordinating independently to finding new talents based on project demand.
Here is what I’ll rely on you to handle:
• Map the talent market, shortlist and pre-qualify candidates who have at least a few years of experience and can dedicate part-time hours.
• Manage the interview pipeline end-to-end until I have an offer-ready finalist.
• Must have experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR software used to manage the recruitment process by collecting, scanning, ranking, and tracking job applications.
