Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

I'm seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting to offer stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Track metrics and report on hiring progress and pipeline health.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- Data-driven mindset for tracking and reporting metrics.
