Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great people. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our team and ensuring we bring in individuals who will grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Write compelling job descriptions and post roles on various platforms
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and positive candidate experience
- Track metrics and report on hiring activity and performance
