Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

I'm seeking an experienced recruiter to support our talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier candidates across various roles. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify strong candidates, and help manage the interview process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and statuses to hiring managers.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and advertisements to attract the right talent.
- Maintain a strong candidate pool for both current and future hiring needs.
