I am seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and help us find top talent. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates based on their fit for the job requirements.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS and various recruitment tools
