I am in search of a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to help find and hire top talent for my expanding team. The ideal candidate is skilled in sourcing and recruiting with a strong understanding of hiring best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Keep recruitment data and metrics up to date

The project does not currently have defined team size or industry focus. An ideal freelancer for this role would have experience in various industries and be able to adapt sourcing strategies as needed. Also, prior experience with job boards, social media and employee referrals is advantageous for this role.
