Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates.
- Working closely with hiring managers to outline job requirements.
- Keeping track of records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:
- Established experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with ATS and recruitment tools.
