You will be the primary point of contact for our team members and will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage personnel, including recruitment, training, and development
- Conduct interviews and assessments to select the right candidates
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
- Monitor and control team performance, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with our team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in HR, specifically in supervision, recruitment, and training
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Between 25 and 30 years old
- Strong organizational and time management skills
