Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist Needed

I need a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead and support our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
- Create and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Analyze hiring metrics to improve processes and drive data-informed decisions
