Startup Seeks HR Hiring Partner
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building the HR function for our young accounting-outsourcing startup from the ground up and need a seasoned freelance partner who can jump straight in.
Your first priority will be recruiting mid-level accountants and finance staff: drafting compelling job ads, screening applicants, arranging interviews, and guiding offers through to acceptance. Alongside that, I’d like you to draft the essential HR policies a modern remote company needs—think leave, performance reviews, and basic compliance—tailored to a fully distributed team. Once our first hires are in place, you’ll keep things running smoothly by handling everyday HR questions, maintaining records, and advising me on best practices.
We’ll keep in touch with a concise weekly update so I always know where each vacancy, policy draft, or employee query stands. The role is fully remote, part-time, and intentionally flexible; what matters is steady momentum and clear results. If we click, there’s ample scope for a long-term collaboration as the team scales.
