Startup Recruitment & HR Setup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a fast-growing startup and need an HR professional to take full ownership of our people operations. My immediate priority is to design and execute a smooth, data-driven recruitment process that can scale with us. I also want to build the foundations for onboarding, policy documentation, offer letters, and monthly payslips so that once the hiring engine is running, every new employee’s journey is seamless.
You’ll have freedom to choose the most effective sourcing mix—online job boards, agencies, referrals, or any other channel you feel fits—so long as it delivers quality candidates quickly. The roles will span entry to senior levels as we expand; I’m open to your advice on the best sequencing and job-market positioning.
Deliverables I need from you:
• End-to-end recruitment workflow: sourcing strategy, screening templates, interview guides, and a simple metrics dashboard.
• A plug-and-play onboarding checklist that covers day-one to day-30 touchpoints.
• Core HR docs: company policies (code of conduct, leave, remote work), standard offer letter, and payslip template aligned with local compliance.
Success for me means our first three hires move from posting to signed offer in under six weeks, with every new starter receiving the same polished onboarding experience and compliant paperwork. If you’ve set up lean HR infrastructure for startups before and can hit the ground running with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and any preferred ATS, let’s talk.
