Spinghar Institute Employment Verification

I need independent confirmation of a candidate’s employment record at Spinghar Institute of Higher Education in Afghanistan. The scope is strictly an employment verification, not academic. Please focus on two points:
• Work-history verification – establish whether the person was in fact employed by the Institute.
