HR Specialist for Tech Startup
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I'm looking for an experienced HR professional to help establish the human resources function in my Hyderabad-based tech startup. Currently, we have fewer than 10 employees, so you'll be instrumental in shaping our team.
Tasks to be handled:
- Recruitment and Hiring: You will manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Onboarding and Training: You will not only handle the onboarding process for new hires, but also develop and implement a comprehensive training program.
- (Future) Performance Evaluation and Management: As our team grows, we aim to establish effective performance evaluation and management systems that you'll be a part of.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a HR professional ideally in the tech industry.
- Excellent knowledge of recruiting methods and training techniques.
- Skilled in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a startup environment will be a bonus.
