I am seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to focus primarily on recruitment and onboarding processes within our organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we attract and integrate the best talent into our team efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Manage full recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and conduct employee onboarding sessions.
- Maintain and enhance employee relations; address conflicts or concerns.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the technology sector preferred but not essential.
I am open to candidates from any industry background, although someone with technology sector experience would be a strong asset. While I have not specified a strict deadline for project completion, efficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to our dynamic environment are highly valued. Candidates who can demonstrate a strong track record in improving recruitment and onboarding processes will be highly considered.
